Extension and alterations to a Residential House in a Northamptonshire village.

The existing detached residence underwent a comprehensive extension and refurbishment to modernise and improve the accommodation. A single-storey rear extension featuring a roof lantern was designed to create a new kitchen, dining area, family room, and garden room, offering views over the landscaped garden. Additionally, a new pitched roof was constructed above the existing double garage, incorporating a practical utility room. On the first floor, the master bedroom was enlarged, and the ensuite was renovated. The ground floor extension now provides a central space for family gatherings, seamlessly connecting to a spacious patio ideal for outdoor entertaining.
